Customers should be able to find themselves here.
This atlas is intentionally deep: concerts, hip hop shows, weddings, festivals, school events, nonprofit fundraisers, food trucks, inflatables, drone shows, trade shows, sports tournaments, agricultural events, cultural events, and the coverage lines around them.
Most event insurance problems fall into these six buckets.
Certificates, additional insureds, waivers, required limits, and contract wording.
Slips, falls, crowd incidents, property damage, vendors, premises, and public access.
Hosted bar, cash bar, caterer, bartender, brewery, winery, tasting, or liquor sponsor.
Deposits, ticket revenue, sponsor obligations, weather, venue problems, and event failure.
Sound, lighting, stage, tents, décor, generators, exhibit booths, and rented property.
Races, sports, contests, camps, inflatables, rides, animals, and active event exposures.
This version is built to be useful, not decorative.
People can search what they actually have: a hip hop concert, a food truck rally, a 5K, a beer festival, a wedding, a drone show, a rodeo, a gallery opening, or a conference. Then the page tells them what kind of review Kelly Insurance Group needs.

Special Event Coverage Types Questions
What is the first coverage type most special events need?
Event general liability is usually reviewed first because venues, landlords, municipalities, sponsors, and contracts commonly require proof of liability coverage before the event is approved.
Does event general liability include liquor liability?
Not always. Liquor liability should be reviewed separately when alcohol is sold, served, hosted, sponsored, or otherwise part of the event structure.
What coverage helps if an event is cancelled?
Event cancellation coverage is generally reviewed when a covered cancellation issue could affect deposits, revenue, prepaid expenses, sponsorship obligations, or event costs.
When does event equipment need separate coverage?
Equipment coverage should be reviewed when the event depends on rented or owned sound, lighting, staging, tents, LED walls, décor, temporary structures, video equipment, or other event-critical property.
Why would a special event need umbrella or excess liability?
Larger venues, municipalities, campuses, sponsors, and contracts may require limits above the base event policy. Umbrella or excess liability may be used to build the event program to those higher requirements.
